Cattery Appointment Policy

• Appointment-Only Access: Our cattery operates strictly by appointment only.
• Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are available every five minutes during our opening hours. Please ensure you arrive within your scheduled time.
• Gate Access: The cattery gates are kept closed at all times. They will be opened five minutes before your scheduled appointment time and will close five minutes after.

Please note: We are semi-closed during the winter months.

Customer Access

Since March 2020, we no longer offer individual viewings inside the cattery. Instead, cats are dropped off at our reception, where you can watch through the window as we take your cat to their room.

This change, originally introduced during COVID-19, has significantly reduced disturbances and stress for our cat guests. As a result, we’ve continued this practice to ensure a more relaxed environment for all our furry visitors.

Cattery Open Days

Starting in 2023, we no longer offer individual viewings. Instead, we host open days once a month. For details of our next open day, please check our Instagram page or email us.

The tour lasts about 30 minutes and takes place in our cattery courtyard. You’ll walk along the path next to the cattery, where you can see into each room. Feel free to take photos, and videos, and ask as many questions as you’d like.

Please note: Children under 13 years-of-age are not permitted on open days.
